Is IC Secure down?
When something isn’t working, first check status.icsecure.ai. It is checked every minute and shows:

- Not all green: we know about it and are working on it. Updates are posted on the status page. There is nothing you need to change.
- All green but one site is down: the problem is at that site, usually power, the internet connection or the bridge. Start with a recorder shows Offline.
- All green and everything is down for you: try another browser or network, then contact support.
