Sign up

1. Go to app.icsecure.ai and select Start a 14-day free trial.
2. Fill in:
   • Account name: your company name (or your family name for a home).
   • What are you protecting?: A home, One business location or Several locations. This sets your layout (see Simple and Multi-site) and can be changed later.
   • Email and Password (at least 8 characters).
3. Select Continue to payment.

You’re now the account’s Administrator.

Verify your email

We send an email titled “Verify your IC Secure email”. Select Verify email in it within 24 hours.

You can sign in and look around before you verify, but you need a verified email to start your subscription. If the email didn’t arrive, check your spam folder, then select Resend verification email on the Billing page.

Start your trial

On the Billing page, choose Monthly or Yearly under Start your subscription and enter your card on the secure checkout page. You won’t be charged during the 14-day trial, and you can cancel before it ends. See plans and billing.

Set your name

Your display name starts as the first part of your email address. To change it, open Account > Profile and select the pencil next to your name.

Sign-in tips

• You stay signed in on a device for up to 7 days of not using it.
• Forgot your password? Select Forgot password? on the sign-in page. The link we email you works once, for 60 minutes.
• IC Secure doesn’t use two-step sign-in yet, so choose a strong password you don’t use anywhere else.
