The phone app
The IC Secure AI phone app shows your cameras live and recorded, sends alerts with a picture of what happened, and lets you share clips.
Sign in
Section titled “Sign in”- Install the IC Secure AI app on your iPhone or Android phone.
- Sign in with the same Email and Password you use at app.icsecure.ai.
- When the phone asks whether IC Secure may send notifications, choose Allow. Without this, you won’t get alerts.
New accounts, password resets and team changes are done on the web at app.icsecure.ai.
Find your way around
Section titled “Find your way around”| Tab | What’s there |

| Sites (Multi-site) | Your stores, with what needs attention first: Offline, Degraded and Bridge down. Search by store number, city or camera. |
| Home (Simple) | Your cameras as large pictures, and recent events. |
| Events | Everything your cameras detected. Tap to watch, tap the check mark to acknowledge. |
| Search | Video Intelligence search. |
| Settings | Notifications, stream quality, your clips, help and sign-out. |
Watch a camera
Section titled “Watch a camera”Tap a camera to watch it live.
- SD | HD at the top switches quality. SD works better on mobile data.
- Tap the speaker to listen. Live audio starts muted.
- Pinch the picture to zoom in, and double-tap to zoom back out.
- Turn the phone sideways for full screen.
- Drag the timeline down to go back in time, or tap the date to pick a day. Tap LIVE to come back. See find recorded footage.
- Tap the share icon to save the last 30 seconds and send a link. See clips.
Live wall (on a store) and Grid View (on a recorder) show every camera as a still picture that refreshes about every 45 seconds. Tap one to watch it live.
PTZ cameras show a joystick icon while live. See PTZ and fisheye cameras.
Settings
Section titled “Settings”- Interface: switch between Simple and Multi-site.
- Channels and Push alerts: see notifications. These are the same settings as on the web.
- Stream Quality: High starts cameras in HD. The other choices start them in SD.
- My clips: your saved clips and their links.
- Claim a device (Administrators): scan the label on a bridge or recorder. See claim a device.
- Add cameras (Administrators and Operators): see add a cloud camera.
- Help center and System status.
Signing out stops alerts on that phone.
